Backsplash ideas for my new kitchen!

We just installed this new kitchen in our recently renovated home, it's a mix of country style with modern appliances. The cabinets are vintage cream, the granite countertops are Taj Mahal. The floor is a porcelain slate with copper tones. I just haven't found the perfect backsplash yet so any suggestions are welcome!!
