One thing I noticed recently driving around LA is the difference in gas prices between different areas. We are in an expensive area and our gas prices are lower than those in less pricy areas of the city. I noticed about a $0.40/gallon difference. It didn't make sense to me that less affluent areas would have higher prices.

$2.03 in Seacoast New Hampshire. Heard today prices were going to drop another 10-20 cents in the next week.

$1.96 at Sam's. Cheapest around is $1.90 at one of the Pueblo stations about 12 miles north of town.

I am surprised! I know we are near a major tank farm though, don't know if that matters.

Two places, across the street from each other, in Dedham, MA: $1.99. Couldn't believe I was seeing under $2. Otherwise, generally $2.09 - $2.19 around here.

Last week: $1.98 in HHI but with my grocery store points I only paid $1.78.

$2.19 in my area in Maine for regular. $2.66 for premium.

Looks like $1.74 at the Costco for regular in central NJ.

Same here, tinam, for regular unleaded. But we're fairly close to you. Happy to see the price drop as I usually by the 87 octane with no ethanol which is a bit steeper in price.

$1.90 today for regular unleaded at Sam's Club, in the outer suburbs of Wash DC. The Shell and Exxon close to my house always have overpriced gas, currently at least $2.09, though other stations (like WaWa and 7/11) around the general area are as low as $1.91, almost the same as Sam's but not as convenient for me. Last week was the first time in ages that I filled my SUV for less than $40. When gas prices were at their highest a couple of years ago, I was paying close to $70 or so for a full tank. Not pretty b/c I put at least 20K miles on my car each year shuttling my kids around. Loving these low prices!

$2.21 Southern Minnesota

$2.21.9 here in town, Safeway and our native American pumps both that price. Washington State.

120 miles SE of here, still in Washington, prices were 20 cents cheaper at Fred Meyer, Safeway pumps last weekend and last Tuesday both in the town my mother lives in. I can always find a difference between the two Safeway locations, with those out of town running anywhere from 20 - 40 cents less during the year.

Paid 2.05 today.

$2.69 regular unleaded today at Costco in Southern California.
