My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Because you know its all about giving you stuff for free, binkerdc, right? Your do realize most of the professionals here actually are trying to turn a profit? Be grateful for whatever people pos, and do your own homework, whinie-pants.

      On my monitor it looks like the exterior color may be similar to the color Oatmeal by Valspar

      I contacted the architect who does not remember the color, but said it was Pratt and Lambert. paint.

      The client selected the colors and did not supply us with the name of the paint colors. We apologize we do not have more information for you.

      I wish there was a site with only homes that mention the paint color schemes. I also appreciate people who share; it isn't as if everyone in the world would copy that color scheme.

      Just painted my little 1978 remodel Kelly Moore Apple Hill with Frost trim. Going to have black front door. It's a work in progress but the light green is more a soft gray and it's beautiful! Posting pics soon.
