I want to do a cove molding as my crown in our home. We have 8ft ceilings and are painting the crown and baseboards Galveston gray and the walls are a creamy color called hardwood putty.
I'm having a hard time with the finding right size of the plain cove molding. Would 5.25" cove be too big for 8 foot ceilings? The next size down that I have available is 3.25" which seems a little small for the size room we have.
