My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The floors are beautiful. Are they white oak? What is the finish? Is it Rubio Monocoat? If so, do you mind sharing the color? Thanks.

    Thank you for the comment and your interest in the floors. The flooring is newly sawn white oak commonly referred to as "character grade". The widths are 7",8",9",10" and came from The Woods Co. www.thewoodscompany.com The finish is a recipe from Rubio Monocoat, that unfortunately the finisher is not willing to share - sorry. www.rubiomonocoatusa.com

      tangerine18, we do a lot with Rubio Monocoat. Its a neat finish. This looks similar to White 5%.
