My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Thanks, everyone! We're also taking suggestions of Sherwin-Williams paint colors for our next 17 cottages; suggestions are very welcome! We're looking for two colors to use (one for the trim) per house. Let us know if you have any ideas.

Lastly, if you want to check out our site → boicevillecottages.com
