bookshelf and mantle question

What is the depth of the bookshelves and width of the face frame for the bookshelves? It is beautiful how the fireplace mantle shelf runs into the face frame of the bookshelf. Thank you in advance.

    The depth of the bookcase is 10-1/4" and the face frame width is 5".

    Thank you! Is the fireplace mantle shelf the same depth (10 1/4")? Or, is the bookcase receded into the wall so that the mantle shelf would be flush to the face frame of the bookshelf? Thank you!
