Will you use all the vegetables produced in that space? If not, maybe you can use some of the space for fruit trees, depending on your climate zone.

Raised beds have their uses but there's no reason you couldn't try SFG (minus the controlled soil mix) in the ground. Pick your spot, divvy it up to 1 sq ft, and grow similarly as you have before.

With such large space, you will have lots of fun making your compost to use in your new gardens, and so the in-ground plots could become as productive as farmers of yester-year had done it.

An additional caution is that when starting out at a new place like that, you don't want to overwhelm yourself or your resources right away (such as new gardening expenses, watering and related materials, soil mixtures,etc ). You might break up the 60x60 into several years of adding more and more planting ground/raised beds until you finally take up the entire area.

As a comparison, your 3 beds were 94 sq feet, and now you have 3600 sq feet that you're able to use, and that's just the one sunny spot. You may like to have other plants in shady or semi-shade spots, too, not to mention more sunny spots you have identified.
