It is a Phalaenopsis orchid and the leaves look fine. The blooms should last several months after they first open, perhaps the blooms were old when you purchased the plant.

The biggest problem I can see is that you have put the orchid in soil. Orchids can't be in soil. Find bark or some other kind of chunky media and put it in that. They need air around their roots. It could probably use some brighter light, but not full sunlight.

It seems it is finished flowering. They flower once a year. Cut the flower spikes down to the bottom of the spike. Water the plant and move it closer to the window. They like bright light.

Not sure what it is potted in, looks like some bark. Water when almost dry. The plant looks healthy. It should flower again next year.

Pot it in fir bark, if you can find it. Abies cephalonica is native there, so there could be a source.

With only the old flowers looking bad, the plant should be fine.
