This is a cooking variety Cucurbita moschata 'Amir' with yellow flesh, like they are mostly common in northern India as kaddu for sabzi, what means not any but the pumpkin used for the main dish with pumpkin named sabzi. I have studied and tried so many C. moschata, but best market varieties from the USA or western Mediterranians in Europe did not grow without major problems here north of the Alps. And so I looked for the best C. moschata growers and found them in Central Asia. In Uzbekistan and Tajikistan they grow a kaddu named Palav Kadoo, which originally had - like your 'Amir' - yellow flesh and only was a cooking variety. I have cross bred Palav Kadoo and selected for a more juicy orange flesh now and for faster growing - it also matures outdoor in climate zone 5 and 6 - C. moschata 'Turgunov'. What was a vegetable fruit now is both: vegetable for cooking and sweet fruit for puree or to be filled with cake or pudding.
