How do I get ceiling fan downrod?

I just purchased the Fanimation Hubbardton Forge 6050 54" 5 Blade Ceiling Fan in bronze. The website said the downrods would be offered when I put the item in my cart, but no opportunity to order was provided. Can you tell me how to get the downrod I need for a 15' ceiling? Thanks.

    Hi, thank you for your question. This ceiling fan includes a 6 inch down rod. Currently additional down rod lengths are not available for purchase in our product offering here. We apologize that the description is incorrect and no down rods were offered upon checkout. This will be updated to be removed from the product description.
