My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi. Thanks for your questions regarding the chandelier. Our office custom designed the chandelier as the client couldn't find anything on the market that they liked. We have had lots of enquiries about the chandelier but it is quite expensive to produce. That one cost around $30K US. If you have some lead time we are going to work through the design in May 2014 and that will result in some savings.Regardless they would be hand made and custom designed for each particular situation so would be expensive.
