Need recommandations for window replacement

Hello I need help with selecting a good quality window replacement for my 40+ year old home. I have heard that Okna are a good quality but I also have received information about Northwind III windows. I have 15 windows that I need to replace. I like the easy of the tilt inside windows for cleaning. What can I expect to pay per window for a double hung? What do I need to look for when making my selection?

I live north of Boston MA any feedback regarding window brands and installers would be greatly appreciated.
