I hope you're successful. There was a mostly undisturbed area on the Arkansas River in Tulsa that used to be very good for birding. But you can't have "unused" space in this world and so it is now "The Gathering Place". Yet the levees above Tulsa on the river are deteriorating and I guess no one remembers when the river used to flood.

It does seem like cities never are happy until they've destroyed all the pretty places by developing them, and I hate that.

There is just no way to make another lake, with parks, in OKC. But there are spaces for walmart, lowes, bed and bath, hotels, etc...

I know, about the Turkey mountain fight. I signed a couple of don't build on Turkey mountain petitions.
