My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

On another forum, I was moaning about the Ebay high auction price of a miniature trailer (the plant was Vallarta Campanas Moradas) and a kind person offered me leaves from her plant that she just happened to be grooming at the time. When the envelope came last June, it also had leaves of this little mini trailer beauty, Lilla Blaklockan. It is still in a k-cup, but blooming its little heart out as you can see. (VCM has buds, but is not in bloom quite yet. Photos to come.) I just can't seem to get enough of bell shaped blooms! Isn't it sweet? Just a year ago, I would have said I could never grow these tiny ones. So proud!
