My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I am a designer that just recovered this FENDI Eros 3 Seater sofa with banana bolster and two cushions. Purchased at Fendi Miami in 2006 for over $9K. Newly reupholstered one week ago. I am thinning my collection and selling this as well as a FENDI Casa Urano King bed in cream leather. I am posting today an ad for the Eros sofa in San Francisco. Available for $4,500.
