No shutters on the brick. If you want shutters on the siding, white would look good.

If you do shutters, please make sure they are properly sized so they don't look silly.

Your windows do not require shutters. The short windows could use some window boxes if you have a green thumb. What color are you paining the front door? I'd suggest glossy black, but the door looks more like what I'd expect at the back door. Can you replace it with a solid style?
