Roots are growing up

Can somebody tell me why it's happening, please. Not enough light? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

    Not unusual. They are epiphytes that naturally grow on trees in the air. Your plants maybe be looking for more humidity or maybe they just like the air up there. Totally normal. DON'T cut them. Some growers say they do with no ill effects, but I have rehabbed many orchids with cut air roots and they don't like their roots being cut off.
