There has been several weddings here. I am about to put it on the market, it was added onto it's 4400 sq ft. Thank you I will look at replacing those lights.

So what is your question? If you're asking about the pictures, the picture of the Gator (or whatever brand name the vehicle is) coming down the drive is unnecessary and would be better without the vehicle. I really don't care what your dining room table looks like as a buyer. I do care what the room looks like. I cannot see much of it in the photo. It's too dark and too focused on the table. I would also use a different picture that shows the entire house closer up.

If you're asking about curb appeal, it already has it for most people. I would add some flowers near the end of the drive and lots of them in pots near the house.

I was asking about the front entrance , then someone said they couldn't see all the driveway so I just added pictures I happened to have of the driveway, which was one of my kids coming back from picking berries. Then someone else said they wanted to see more of the house so i just added a few.

I am going take the advise of most of you and add some color to the front, have good pictures made of the house. I might even do a video tour. I have an appraiser coming Monday to do an appraisal and I will go from there. I do appreciate all your help, when I ask friends and family for opinions they will never be honest, I like this you guys helped by using new eyes. thanks again.

So pretty! I love the picture with the trees in bloom. Do you have one without the Gator in it? Assuming you're selling while the trees aren't in blossom, it would be great to have a picture available so people can see what it looks like. I agree about the bathroom lights. The property is really beautiful.

I will post some when I get them together. I have decided not to replace those lights. they are less than 2 years old they are great for seeing. I think with the other light above them no one will even notice them. That thing cost me a fortune and like someone said won't get my money back. Just want to do things that will sell this property. Anyone wanting to locate to Dothan, Alabama.

Those hollywood lights were the first thing I noticed...

OK, I'd replace the bulb lights over the mirror with sconces or something blingie and would take the expensive bubble chandelier with me, so replace that, too.

First one that pops up on Overstock: 107.00. Has hundreds of great reviews.

Coordinating ceiling fixture, also around 110.00.

    Total 324.00 plus tax.

What nosoccermom said. Take the cool chandy with you and use the great light ideas above. For less than $400 you can go from 'ouch, 1980s Hollywood lights' to 'awesome bathroom! cool sink! great lights!)

You might think no one will notice them, but so far most or all of us here did.

Come on, folks, those vanity lights won't make or break the sale of this property. I would leave them as is, and the new owner will change them if he wants to. But it won't affect the sale of the house. Yes, take the chandelier if you want, but take it down before you put the house on the market.

I still might not replace the lights cause your right it's just more money, I won't get out the house, I don't think it's a deal breaker. I might take the crystal chandeliers, with me. Depends what the appraiser gives me for them
