We we are currently working on an offer for this great beach side condo in Vero Beach Fl. We are downsizing yay!!! I am not a big fan of maple cabinets but they are in excellent shape ! Need suggestions for counter top ? Since it is a very small condo we would take up the existing tile in the kitchen and put one type of flooring throughout the condo. So a flooring suggestion would be great as well. The rest of the condo is carpet and the two baths are fine :)
