wlbodden thats what i figured they were too and these ones very well could be. but yesterday at a local antique shop, i spotted and purchased a container literally just like the ones used here (same size, everything) but stamped on the side of my container it says "amethyst powdered soaps" so i guess they hold a variety of things. with that said, im not sure what to call them but just keep your eye out for these "containers" ? at antique shops and flea markets and you're bound to find one. i paid $25 for mine so they're obviously not very expensive. i hope that helps. :)
