My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What wood materials did you use for the bench seating? Since you painted with the Benjamin Moore paint you referenced, instead of stain, did you just use standard lumber? I love the color, surprised 'chocolate' came out so green looking but it looks great! Beautiful space!

    All the wood was #2 pine. The paint color is rather dark and with the lights on and camera lighting, it does appear to have somewhat of a green hue in the photo,
