I recently saw an idea to use balloons (not helium) hanging from a string to envision the placement of pendant lights. A thumb tack or tape can be used to attach to the ceiling and adjusted until you like the placement.

I personally would space them just about how you have them sitting on the counter. 12" apart. That way you will be 15.5" from each end of the table and 12" in between the two fixtures which are 15.5" in diameter. Also, I like the bottoms of the pendants to land right at about 65" - 70" from the floor. (My chandelier is 65" from the floor.) This gives a more intimate setting. Plus with such a low ceiling, you'll want it to hang on as much cord or rod as it can for good composition. Please come back and put up a picture when you are done! :)

Kinda hard to see at this angle, but these pendants are about 60" from the floor. So you can see, you can "break" rules and be just fine! :)

Okay, last one I'll "bug" ya with! :) I just want to show that low is not necessarily bad! And it's certainly more important with a 94" ceiling height. Composition is everything! But then again, I'm a rule breaker. It makes things more interesting. :)
