Devon, those could just be maggots. That black looks pretty rotten! Bet it smells awful. The rest of the box looks relatively good. SCORE!!

I would just plant them somewhere in your yard and water them in and let nature take it's course. Chances are many of them will thrive and if they rot or insects eat the really bad one then no harm done. If you want to give some bulbs to your friends and neighbors, I'd dig up some of your good bulbs. Weren't you saying that you'd have to leave some of them behind when you moved anyway? And, when are you moving?
