My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for the inquiry, I'm glad you like the chair. They are locally made by a firm that's been around for 35 years or more. C.O.M. no problem. 1.25 yards each, if solid , 2 yards if pattern over 10" repeat in either direction. Cost- $650 each plus taxes & shipping.
