Looks like the small Phalaenopsis orchids that HD sells. I bought three last year and they are much bigger now and ready to bloom again.

Yes, I have a few. They start small, but get larger over time.

Even though it will likely get bigger over time, repot for the size of the current root ball. You only want a little room on the sides of the root ball. Over potting increases the likelihood of root rot because it takes the pot too long the dry. Also you may want to want until spring to repot.

Check if the base has a hole on the bottom if not removed from that base and find another with hole if not change done it will rot the roots and the plant will died. When finish bloom change the media if your has moss.

With phals like this, there's no way to ever pin down exactly what kind it is. But when you repot, I wouldn't put it in a pot more than one inch larger than what it's in. I've purchased small orchids like this one. One of them is still very very small (leaves are about two inches), the other grew a bit larger. It's still in the same pot, though with a lot more roots, and getting ready to bloom again.
