My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The flying pig is from Imax. We used to have a store and still have some of them left for sale. let me know if you are interested and we can work something about it or you can contact Imax but you will have to buy a whole box from them. Or you can ask them for distributors in you area and they might have it.
