Okay, I see the price discrepancy that you are seeing and the houzz price is not a verified price because the customizations that one can make will change the cost of the fixture. If you are to choose this exact light fixture as it is shown; in the 77 Rosewood finish and with the BLO-M11 mini gooseneck arm, the price would be correct.We do offer the fixture at a lower price but it will not be in a copper or brass finish, it will be in a standard finish, and with a different mounting. These options will get you close to the price you are looking at on houzz; although, it would be the same shade, it will not look the same as it does in the picture because of the finish and mounting options.
