My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I bought them from a neighborhood swap but I believe the owner said they came from Ethan Allen a few yrs ago. Or possibly Back Home in Austin, Tx.

    We have a very similar chair here at Ethan Allen, its called the Gilbert, and comes in many different finishes, including black (charcoal in our case). Visit your local Design Center and try one out for yourself!
