My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Off season blooms

This year I had the maximum off season blooms, strangely they were all in potted plants (which are about a tenth of my total).

    Some as today, the middle one has a scape and will be in bloom in a week or so.
