For now why not paint everything white. BM White Dove is a popular white. A higher gloss on the vanity than on the walls.

Following this thread because I have similar issues with all-beige bathrooms when the grey/white ones are more en vogue.

I have found that bringing in white paint, at least in my bathrooms, just makes the countertops and floors look dirty. But I don't like saturated colors in a bathroom so I'm at a loss!

Remove the full length mirror and get 2 for over each sink. I think that would update it with little expense. Look for some unique mirrors and maybe change out light fixtures. The beige is ok until you re-do the entire area. Taking down the end mirrors would be good also.

Try a light blue wall paint - maybe with a gray undertone. Grays won't go with the warm tones in the bathroom but a blue / gray might work.(SW Sea Salt?) It really is not dated looking. Printesa showed a pretty bathroom very similar to yours. I also prefer the warmer beige colors. Blue, beige and cream is one of my favorite combinations for a warm relaxing space.
