My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Why would specifications for a light fixture include information about the lights in the fixture? How many? Wattage? Lumens? And when I went to the mfg website, I couldn't find the fixture,

    Thank you for your question! All pendants come with 8 foot black cord with 5 inch diameter canopy and need to be hardwired. The max. wattage of the bulbs required is as follows:

    Small Deco Pendant: (1) 60 watt max. bulb.

    Medium Deco Pendant: (1) 75 watt max. bulb.

    Deluxe Deco Pendant: (1) 100 watt max. bulb
