Which Lamiums/Lamiastrums do you have? Some are considered weedy, some are choice.

Most are evergreen where I am so they don't really make much difference to the garden scene whatever the time of year.

A "weed" is a plant you do not want growing where you do not want it growing. For some a rose could be a "weed" while for many Dandelions are a cash crop. If your Lamiums are growing where you do not want them growing they are then "weeds" just as a Daffodil growing in the wrong place might be.

I love them! They help keep mowed areas green over winter here, the flush of pinkish purple flowers is pretty IMVHO, (usually in early spring,) then it disappears when it gets hot.
