Need a 4' wide door in fiberglass or steel in Napa, Ca.

We are in a floodplain and are not allowed to have wood on the ground floor. Our front door is close to the road and is west facing. We need to be able to look out without losing our privacy. It is early stages of construction and we need to find the right door. Thank you. Amazetta
