Keeping stainless steel surfaces clean and free of salt or other corrosive elements is the best way to avoid possible rust or corrosion. We recommend regular maintenance such as using soap and warm water to keep the surfaces clean and applying a stainless steel protectant for added prevention. While rare, sometimes corrosion or staining may occur, due to airborne contaminants, humidity, and other factors, especially in coastal or pool environments. Feeney offers a stainless cleaner that can help with minor issues that may arise. With regular maintenance you’ll be able to enjoy your beautiful CableRail system for years to come.

It's important to note that all Feeney's cable and fittings are made from 316-grade stainless steel. Also referred to as "marine grade", based on how well it holds up to the elements.
