My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hilo Beauty still blooming

This is Hilo Beauty trying to bloom in my basement under lights. Another Hilo plant in my garage has three seed pods on it. Those might produce some interesting seedlings, although I really don't have room for them (that is, if the pods even survive the winter).

Also Penang Peach has a full inflo blooming in the garage!
