My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The Pink Lemonade fabric is great too and a fabric swatch kit can be ordered very quickly and easily on the Lexington Sofa product page for $1. It appears to be one of the color options and reads REQUEST A SAMPLE OF FABRIC SWATCHES (see screen shot below). Simply add it to your cart and checkout here on Houzz and we'll get them sent out to you right away! Below is also an image of the fabric close up if you just wanted to get a better sense of it in general.
