My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Help design garden instead builder sodding backyard of new house?

Building a house in HOA development on about 1/3 acre. Evergreens, native plants, and max organic edibles are priorities. I am good at gardening, not at designing, but need design for HOA. Haven't lived in OKC for years, so re-learning what grows well year round. No privacy fences allowed -- must look good. Anyone know a professional designer who could help? Do not want builder-laid sod, which is the requirement if I don't come up with something soon.
