My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

all 2014 seeds available for postage. They are listed in my idea book ' seeds for trade'. I have bubble envelopes just provide postage. 1-6 pks - 2 stamps. over 6 - 5 stamps. leave requests here and I'll message you with my address.     Dianthus - annual red w/ white

    Dianthus - shrimp? pink

    Lavender - hidcote

    Gailardia - gallo yello

    Gailardia - mesa peach
