Anyone here have a Bosch Benchmark Double Wall Oven? I just had one installed a couple weeks ago and am having mixed feelings about its performance.

I've posted about this in another thread but I'm finding that the oven is baking quite unevenly. Cookies are coming out pale (in convection multirack mode) even though there's a nice crunch and chewiness to the bite but that's only if I bake by time. It's hard to tell if cookies are done by looking at them since they are so pale. If I wait till they are brown, they will be overbooked. Also, when they do brown, they brown very unevenly.

My breads have turned out great in convection mode, though I do have to rotate due to uneven browning.

I'm just wondering what other people's experiences are with those who own the Benchmark. There are few reviews out there and from those that I have read, people have claimed even baking. Maybe I have a defective unit? I'm also wondering if I should have gone with the Electrolux, though it's too late now.
