Fire the designer and hire a pro. It's just bad! Not sure here but it looks like the occupants of bedrooms 3 & 4 are required to go on a major hike thru the home just to pee in the middle of the nite! Sorry, but tough love is required sometimes. Best of luck.

I see in your ideabook that there is the "original" house plan, that you have modified here. But Rusty is correct - there is something fundamentally "off" about the location of the bathroom so far from the bedrooms, and accessible only by going through the living room and dining/kitchen area.

A 4 bedroom home is a family home. Imagine the parents entertaining or watching TV in the living room and the children trying to sleep in the bedrooms. A family house should have a distinct living area and a sleep/private area.
