My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Dining table question.

Am thinking about an IKEA table for size but with 3 children under 12 , does anybody have experience of the wear and tear? Are they good value but don't look good long?
