My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Last one - no marks - Silverplate?

I have now gone through my silver drawer and have identified most of the pieces, and already sold a few. Good news since I am selling my farm and looking to move and downsize this year (2016) ... but these pretty butter knives do not have any markings. I looked at the Rogers marks, since I seem to have plenty of those pieces ... but didn't see these. Anyone know who the maker is and the pattern?
