The WindowMart 7100 Series is a nice builder grade window. It has a sloped sill to aid in water drainage, and has aluminum reinforcements in the meeting rail for additional support.

What is the style of your home, and what style of windows (operation) do you have? The reason I ask is because their style leaves something to be desired. Their 7100 Series has a wide vinyl strip between the sashes on their single hung and double hung models, which is slightly debossed and their colors are fairly limited. I am also not a fan of their casement and awning hardware.

Also, what is your exterior cladding and color of your windows? If you are have a stucco or EIFS system, you will need to verify their window series offers a stucco flange. The stucco flange will act as a leading deterrent to water drainage around your windows.

As far as energy efficiency, the 7100 Series barely squeaks by when it comes to meeting current energy code for your area. I would want an upgrade to their base glass package.

Could you upload a photo of your home? That would help me get a better idea of the ideal replacement windows for your home.

Thanks,
