I would ask your fabricator to give you some written information (specific to your brand) about how to clean the product and keep it maintained. If they do not, I would contact the company through their website and ask for information. Tell them you have had issues and need to know how to prevent future problems.

What kind? Curious because we just put in silestone white Zeus extreme and I thought the whole point was no staining!

What brand of quartz did you purchase? Unless your are letting red wine or coffee sit for long periods of time on your countertops, stains should not be happening. I hope you chose a reputable name.

I know this is old, but try making a paste of oxy clean and water and letting it sit for an hour or so. We had great results and no damage from this.

Clorox bleach pen.

Just happened to me! I just bought beautiful 10 feet of white granite for huge kitchen island and thought it wouldn’t stain!! I just noticed 5 large dull grayish/ purple spots on it and I freaked!! I tried to clean with soap, scrubbed and scrubbed, tried ‘goo be gone’ - nope! ! I was almost crying (something my stay-at-home -because if Covid -college teenage son and his friend did in middle of night!).. no idea what it was!

I was scared but desperate, I went to laundry room and grabbed the Clorox!! I dabbed a little Clorox bleach with a paper towel on each of the spots and almost immediately they started to disappear!!!!!!!! Good old Clorox bleach!! Thank God!!

I meant to say quartz not granite

I just moved into a brand new build with white quartz on the countertops and bar. i noticed the white dull area all the across the end of the bar. The construction manager said it jist needed to be cleaned with Dawn dish sop, which i have done 7 times with no improvement. i read washing in equal parts vinegar and water will remove scuff marks but that did not help either.. i told the design manager about it today and she said she would have the construction site manager come over and see about it. about it. i feel like i need to insister on a new island countertop. is this reasonable? i do not want to look at the spots the next 20 years.

You need a skilled technician with a Quartz Renew kit. Not a DIY project, believe me.
