What is the difference between this product and the less expensive one

There is another product priced 12 dollars less. What is the difference? Also, are these bulbs easy to find? And finally, is it dimmable?

There is no difference in the product it is just that in the $110 option the bulb is not included and in the $122 the bulb is included, therefore you are paying $12 for the bulb. These bulbs are very common nowadays and can be found online or at most hardware stores.
