My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    For a similar look, we have the Elk Seaport! The Seaport does not have an on/off switch on the fixture.

    The lights came from a local lighting store. I'm sorry that I don't know the brand but they were purchased more than six years ago. You can take a picture to your local lighting store and they could find something similar, I'm sure. The lights have a wall switches which are inside the lowest cubby hole for each bed.
