returns if not happy

Hi,

I know that the bed is coming is several boxes to be shipped. Can we return the bed once we put it together and realize that it doesn't fit our requirements? There is no way to see it, try it and test it anywhere in San Francisco and the return policy says that if we aren't satisfied, we have to return the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt but how can we know if we are satisfied with our purchase if we don't try it a minimum?
Is the return is free? How much would it cost if we have to pay for it?

Thanks.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    - I'm on the heavier side so the sturdiness is very important for me. I don't want the bed to creak or squeak every time I move in bed..

    - You said that we are not going to have structural issues, but if we do, what are the warranties?

    - I'm very interested to buy this bed and ready to buy after these few questions but we are waiting to move to our new house in a month, is it possible to pay for it right now and get delivered later?

    - Concerning the pictures that you can provide, would you mind sending use pictures of the bed and the mechanism details, where there is moving parts, and show how the bed sit on the floor. I guess the more pictures the better :)

    Thanks for your help!

    Evening.

There's no moving parts to be concerned about.

The warranty for all Italian furniture is a year against manufacturing defects. I can hold the bed until you're ready. Shipping takes approx 7-10 business days so I would ship to the local delivery company approx 2 weeks before it's needed.

    I've attached some pictures.

Let me know your thoughts. Thanks,

    Andrew

    Hi!

Thanks for the pictures. I was wondering if it is there is storage like in this picture?

The storage version is no longer stocked or offer in the Rossetto US program. I would have bought that myself if they still had it.

    Just checking in. Any decision?

Are you using the additional legs that came with the metal frame/wood slats? It looks like it from the 3rd pic but can you please confirm. Also, do you think it would be safe to use without the additional legs?

Sorry for the delay responding only have been traveling and just saw this question. The slats used are generic and used for many bed styles. The center support legs are too tall for this style but I like the extra support, so I removed the 'height adjustment' bases and they are just right. I wouldn't use it without them.
