Cream of celery soup, Waldorf salad, in spaghetti sauce or vegetable soup, in stir fries, lots of ways to use up celery.

Never had it in spaghetti sauce...will have to try that, thanks!

You can cut it up and store it in the freezer for soup.

Rinse it and wrap in foil and it will keep for weeks. No idea why the foil ....but it works.
I use a lot of celery in stir fries and in soups, particularly chicken soup.

Bean soup....make up a batch and freeze. Also a great way to use up carrots.

As stated, Veggie soup, chicken noodle soup....also easy to freeze.

Don't laugh. Stuff celery with peanut butter and stick raisins on top. Great snack.
