Harvested 8 pounds today from a 3x 6 bed. I am pretty happy. It was good to do something in the garden. Also cut some greens to go with carrot tops in a veggie stock. Celery, last of the tomatoes, leeks from the garden, and the rest of the parsley root I bought. Dried mushrooms. Now that the greens have wilted I think I'll throw some beans in there, too.
